Mr. K. B. Kothari is the chief mentor and advisor of Yuva Pahal. He has been Former Deputy Regional Director and Acting Regional Director for UNICEF in East Asia and the Pacific, he led the technical advisory and management teams for program planning and development in 26 countries of East Asia and the Pacific with UNICEF support. He also was a Management Advisor to the Director-General of Regional Development in the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of Indonesia, visiting faculty for IIT Madras, IIPA, New Delhi and Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi. Also, he has been syndicate member of Jai Narayan Vyas University, Johdpur.
Mrs. Shivraj Kumari Rana

Mrs. Shivraj Kumari Rana has been student of St. Patrick’s school and KN College, Jodhpur. She is MA in history form JNV University, Jodhpur. She has represented Rajasthan as Table tennis Player.
She has been deeply involved in charitable and fund-raising activities for local social causes at Algeria, Czechoslovakia, Kenya, San Francisco, Mauritius and Germany. and ran the Indian Embassy School with 40 children from different embassies in 1970-72 at Beijing.
Mrs. Shivraj Kumari Rana supports for fund raising programs especially for Girls and Women welfare activities in the organization.
She is the backbone of Project SAKSHAM in Yuva Pahal, she is very passionate and concerned about working for women empowerment, around 700 girls and women have benefitted till year 2023 through the Project Saksham
