Mrs. Usha Kotiya is the main Founder and Secretary of Yuva Pahal. She has done MSW, M.A. in Sociology and diploma in Early Child Education.  Mrs. Usha Kotiya loves to work with children, hence she started her journey with an NGO, Pratham-Rajasthan in the Year 2001 as Bridge Course Community Teacher. Later she was promoted as program head to work for Balwadi Education, Community Library, Learn to Read and Holland-India Projects. She has vast experience in curriculum development for the Balwadi program and training to the teachers of govt. schools in collaboration with Sarva Siksha Abhiyan. She presently heads the Child education, Women empowerment and Health program in Yuva Pahal.
