YOUTH EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAM: UDAAN

“Empowering Potential. Enabling Livelihoods.”

We empower youth aged 16–35 from disadvantaged communities —especially school dropouts and unemployed individuals, by providing skill-based training that enhances their employability. Our programs offer a supportive, inclusive environment tailored to their emotional and developmental needs, helping them access meaningful livelihood opportunities and break the cycle of poverty.

Key Methodology of training:

🎓 Training Methodology Overview

  1. Induction Phase (Days 1–5): Life Skills Module
Focus Areas: Time Management, Financial Literacy, Decision-Making, Basic Health Awareness, and more.
Objective: Equip participants with essential life skills to enhance personal and professional growth.
  1. Sector-Specific Technical Training
    Duration: Remaining training period.
    Structure:

    • 70% of daily hours dedicated to hands-on technical skills in the chosen sector.
    • 30% allocated to English Communication and Basic IT skills development.
  1. Career Readiness (Final 15 Days)
    Components:

    • Identifying career opportunities within the chosen sector.
    • Personality development and grooming.
    • Resume building and job application techniques.
    • Mock interviews and interview preparation.

This structured approach ensures that trainees are not only skilled in their trade but also equipped with the confidence and tools to succeed in the job market.

Strategy of Location Trainings:

Effective mobilization is the cornerstone of success in any youth employability training program. At YUVA PAHAL SANSTHAN, our approach divides mobilization into two key dimensions:

  1. Community Mobilization
  2. Industry Networking

We firmly believe that when both these components are executed effectively, the likelihood of achieving desired training outcomes increases significantly.

🔹 Our Capabilities:

YUVA PAHAL SANSTHAN has a seasoned and committed team with proven expertise in:

  • Community awareness and mobilization
  • Training delivery and post-training follow-ups
  • Industrial networking and partnerships
  • Social research and surveys
  • Grassroots campaigning (e.g., Nukkad Natak, rallies, and awareness drives)

🔹 Execution Model:

Upon identifying the gap between the demand for skilled manpower and the available employment or self-employment opportunities, we:

  • Establish partnerships with companies, computer institutes, and technical/mechanical workshops to facilitate On-the-Job Training (OJT).
    • Appropriate venues for training, commonly utilizing:

Government or private school buildings, Community halls, Gram Panchayat Bhawans and other suitable private properties.
